Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Clean kitchen utensils stored on the floor next to the high-temperature dishwasher.

Observation: Boxes of food in the walk-in freezer and cooler are stored on the floor. Dry good containers stored on the floor in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Store all packaged food 6 inches off the floor. Install a lower shelving in the refrigeration units. A temporary pallet may be used at the time being to raise food off the floor. Corrected: immediately.

Observation: Nacho cooler measured at 7C air ambient temperature. Line freezer measured an air ambient temperature of -7C.
Corrective Action(s): Service both refrigeration units so that the nacho cooler is holding an air ambient temperature of 4C or less and -18C or less for the line freezer. Corrected by: April 19, 2021

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 assessment conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health screening done for employees and documented.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 71C at the plate level. Glasswasher sanitizing at 12.5ppm iodine.
All hot-holding units met health requirements. All cold-holding units except for the nacho cooler met temperature health requirements. Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
