Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report #KLAI-CKLTHY
3-compartment sink was setup for manual ware washing during the inspection. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the sanitize basin.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was available. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected from spray bottle.
Did not observe food stored in non-food grade container during the inspection.
Operator cleaned the noted areas that were not maintain in a sanitary condition. The light fixture in the walk-in cooler, door gasket in the reach-in prep cooler, vent hood, floor by back window and ceiling above fume hood were all noted in a sanitary condition - good job.

Outstanding violation noted from the last routine inspection that still requires attention:
Tin foil still noted being used as shelving liner in the walk-in cooler. Operator must remove all the tin foil and if operator must line shelving, use a material that is impervious to moisture, easily cleanable and not single-use. To be evaluated during the next routine inspection.

No further follow-up required at this time.
