Observation: Rodent droppings continue to be observed in the back area. Facility has pest control services and pest infestation appears to be decreasing.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to employ the services of professional pest control and follow the recommendations of the pest control operator to prevent further infestation. Clean and sanitize all areas affected with droppings and employ further preventative measures as required.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Vegetable dicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Staff are properly cleaning and sanitizing the equipment after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 15, 2028.
