Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rolling rack was blocking the hand sink and a mixer was sitting beside the hand sink with cord running across the hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Remove rolling rack and ensure that hand sink is accessible at all times. Mixer was also moved so that there is not cord across the hand sink.

Observation: Hand sink in the production room was not easily accessible. Large cart with baskets were blocking the sink. Sink appears to be not in use.
Correction: This hand sink must be easily accessible at all times especially when there is food processing occurring. Provide liquid soap and paper towels at this hand sink.
Comments

Fruit cutting room is now at 5-6 deg C. Compressor has been repaired.
Flooring to be cleaned today as the area underneath the sink require some attention.
Cooler was at 4 deg C. Thank you for your cooperation.
