All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Sanitizer dispenser at triple-sink and chemical station is dispensed at adequate concentration of lactic acid/DDBSA - High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the dish surface during rinse cycle - Bar glasswasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine to glass surface during rinse cycle - All coolers were measured at 4C or colder - All freezers were measured at -18C or colder - No foods were being hot held at time of inspection. - Food storage practices noted at time of inspection were satisfactory - General sanitation is satisfactory - Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
