-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Display cooler was at 2C.
-Cheese coolers ranged from 1C to 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicers: 2 hour alternation between sanitizing and breaking down. Slicer broken down for thorough cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the day.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Self-service olive station protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operation.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 19, 2024.
