Introduction

A scheduled follow up inspection to the routine inspection #SMOY-B2QNZ5 dated July 16, 2018 was conducted. Areas of noncompliance identified at the routine inspection were reviewed for compliance. On July 19, 2018 the writer had conducted a follow up inspection to the routine inspection #SMOY-B2QNZ5 was conducted. The Licensee had addressed the violations except the security bars were still in place.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #SMOY-B2TUM6 have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

The Licensee called the writer on July 23, 2018 and informed her the security bars were removed from the windows over the weekend. During today's inspection the writer confirmed that the security bars were no longer in place on the windows in the daycare area. No further action is required.
