Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AZ2T88.

Walk in cooler ambient temperature was measured at 3 degrees C. Internal temperatures of probed food items were measured at 3 to 4 degrees C.
Kitchen hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Glove use and proper hand washing procedures were discussed with management at time of inspection.
Chemical bottles are labeled.
Food is stored safely at time of inspection.
Repair of the leak at the front (bar) hand sink is to be completed on or before June 23, 2018.
