Follow-up to report PKUR-CPNPZC. Hand sink was accessible and fully stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Only one compartment of the two compartment sink was being used to pre-soak dishes - good. Reminder, use 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water in the sanitizing compartment of the sink. Sanitizing of dishes is done at the end of lunch service. 2 door sliding cooler behind the cash register registered at 4 C or below - good. Keep up the good work. Report to be emailed to manager; signature not obtained, discussed report verbally.
