Routine inspection: Premise still imports, stores, then distributes various food products. No processing occurs at premise. Walk in freezer at -10 to -11 degrees C at the time of inspection. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C. Warehouse used to store non perishable food products on pallets and shelves. Note: premise at capacity. Operator to relocate to a larger facility in 2020. Reminder to contact the district environmental health officer to discuss health requirements. No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
