Routine Inspection Hand sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Bleach available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine. Bleach in bucket used to store wiping cloths - ensure solution is changed frequently. Dipper well in-use for ice cream scoops. Discussed sanitizing scoops for customers with allergies. Cooler for milk at 4 C or below. Ice cream freezers ranged from -10 C to -18 C. *Declutter and remove things that are not needed for the premise.
