Notes
-front handwash sink fully stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels. *Discussed with operator to install paper towel dispenser at three compartment sink
-high temp dishwasher @ 78 deg. C on plate level
-general sanitation is satisfactory
-no obvious signs of pests noted during inspection
-all coolers are <=4 deg. C
-all Freezers are <=-18 deg. C
-food is well protected (covered & off the ground)
-bleach sanitizer bucket in front area @ 100 ppm, reusable towels were inside
-lights are protected with sleeve above food preparation area
-operator is FOODSAFE certified and present.
