Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # SDHI-CH7TK5 of Aug-11-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Ice machine observed with mold build-up on inside filter area. Ice machine was turned off during time of inspection. Correction: Discard all ice in the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the ice machine as per manufacturer instructions. Clean and sanitize the ice machine more frequently (as per approved sanitation plan) to prevent mold build-up and contamination of ice. Keep the ice machine turned off until it is verified to be cleaned and sanitized by the health inspector during the follow-up inspection. To be corrected by: Aug 12, 2022
