Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food products prepared from previous daily were not cooled properly and the following internal temperatures were recorded:
- bucket of butter chicken sauce: 33C
- pot of vegetable curry: 12C
- pan of vegetable curry: 8C
Corrective Action(s): All improperly cooled products were discarded. All food products must cool from 60C to 20C in the first 2 hours, then from 20C to 4C in the next 4 hours.
