Previous Inspection - Not Applicable
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.

Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: At the inspection, Licensing observed the following:
-Missing electrical cover leading to exposed wires (PK3)
-Glue residue on multiple storage bins causing the collection of grime making it the surface ineffective to sanitizing efforts.
-Large patches of missing paint in PK1 Aqua classroom. Some beginnings signs of wear and tear on the wall paint through out the building.
-Cracked floor in Baby Blue classroom. Some attempts had been made to cover the cracked floor with cardboard. The cardboard covering the cracked floor was ripped, causing a further tripping hazard. Additionally, cardboard does not allow for that part of the floor to be cleaned or sanitized.
-Baby bottles were observed air drying on the counter top. Upon a discussion with the educator it was noted that children are provided milk through out the day as needed. The conversation indicated that the bottles are being washed in the class room sink with a soap and water mixture (spray) and not using the three sink method or the facility's dishwasher.
-A wooden plank was coming up in the toddler playground posing a tripping and pinching hazard.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while the children are under the supervision of employees.
Date to be Corrected: Electrical cover: June-20-20.
Proper cleaning and sanitizing of baby bottles: June-16-20.
All other items: June-29-20.
