Observation: A few of the fridge light bulbs are missing/broken. Ceiling light and light over two compartment sinks in the dishwasher room are too dim.
Corrective Action(s): Please replace lighting in the above noted areas to allow safe food handling and proper cleaning.

Observation: Manager onsite's foodsafe is expired.
Corrective Action(s): The residents and other manager will be taking foodsafe at the end of the month. Operator understands that there needs to be one Foodsafe certified staff at all times.

General:
Handsinks/two compartment sinks in both rooms: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available
Fridges: <4C
Freezers: -12 to -15C
Thermometers in place but the freezer one in dishwasher room needs to be replaced.
Probe thermometer available to determine food doneness; ensure to sanitize the probe between uses (>165F for cooking/reheating)
Bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottle was at 100ppm
Dishwasher (high temp): 72.2C at plate; reviewed with staff that the temperature gauge should be monitored to ensure it is over 182F at rinse temperature
*domestic dishwasher is still out of service
Demonstrated to operator use of chlorine test strips (1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water)
Adequate food storage and pantry is adequate
General sanitation is satisfactory
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection, compost is taken out constantly throughout the day
