Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted a zip lock container (peanut sauce) lid was cut with scissors.
Corrective Action(s): Do not cut or modify any utensils or containers. This will not ensure the integrity of the utensils and therefore may introduce non-food matters into food + may hinder a proper cleaning.
Replace the lid.
