Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer was not available at time of inspection. Staff prepared a 100ppm chlorine solution while on-site.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the chlorine sanitizer is prepare at the start of every shift and used regularly throughout the day to sanitize food-contact surfaces.
