Comments

- Handwashing station at the two compartment sink is stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Upright storage cooler and domestic storage cooler are less than 4C.
- All freezers in kitchen and back storage area
- Hot holding unit is not in use at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the dish level during the final rinse cycle.
- Food contact surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.

NOTE: Kitchen is not in use at the time of inspection (Open Wednesday to Saturday). Check temperature of all coolers and freezers and maintain adequate temperature logs when the kitchen is in use
