Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to routine inspection #MPEE-CHNQLP was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act(CCALA) and the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP).

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated March 14, 2023 there were 6 children in care with the Licensee.
Licensing received a written response from the Licensee addressing the contraventions from the routine inspection. The follow- up inspection was an opportunity to ensure all the coded violations have been addressed. All coded violations from the routine inspection have been addressed.

The following discussions were had:
The Licensee has made a cover for the large cement manhole located in the right side corner of the outdoor play space. The manhole is now inaccessible to the children, but can be easily accessed by the City, should it be required.
