Hand wash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Staff are screened upon entry.
Staff wear hair nets inside kitchen.
Accel wipes are available for cleaning tables.
Sanitizer bucket in Serve Station 200ppm Quat.
No sanitizer in main kitchen at the time of inspection, please refill once active food preparation resumes.
Dishwasher, hot water sanitizing, >71C final rinse cycle (74.4C).
Dish racks are in good condition and appear clean.
Dishes look dry when stacked.
Coolers <4C.
Freezers <-18C.
Ice machine appears clean.
Hot holding unit was boiling and preheated at the time of inspection, no items being hot held.
Serve Station fridge <4C.
Dry storage areas are neat and tidy, organized, items are stored mostly in pest proof containers.
All surfaces appear to be clean and in good condition.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Facility recently had a flooding incident that affected staff rest area, staff change rooms/bathrooms, halls outside cafeteria, halls outside Server Station and walls of dry storage area.
Mostly baseboards were affected, removed, fans are in place for drying.
No food prep areas had been significantly affected needing restoration.
Please ensure doors to main kitchen are closed when construction is occurring to prevent any dust from entering.
Cutting and sanding should be completed in an isolated area or outside, away from food prep and Server Station or seal off stations to prevent dust exposure and temporarily close. Refer to contractors for more instructions.
