follow up inspection conducted -Prep cooler has been repaired. Both the inserts and bottom compartments were at 4 deg C or less -All foods in walk in cooler were covered, raw meats stored on bottom -Staff now write down the temperature that they cook the chicken and turkey on the temp logs Thank you for the corrections
