Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris accumulation on the potato cutter. Dispenser used for dispensing dry food product are stored inside with handle touching the food. These can cause contamination of the food.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the potato cutter on a regular schedule especially the hard to reach areas. Store dispenser for dispensing dry food products with handle not touching the food.
