Routine visit after initial inspection:
Hand wash stations were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm concentration.
Freezers were at -18 deg C.
Prep line coolers/ display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Dishwasher reached 72 deg C at plate surface.
All food and food-related items were stored on shelves (off the floor).
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Pest control in place. Pest control reports were available for review at time of visit.
Staff were wearing clean uniforms.
Dining area and rest rooms were in sanitary condition and provided with sanitary facilities.

Items to address:
1. Currently the drain board is not large enough to store clean dishes for air drying and no shelving rack available above the dishwashing area.
Provide a rolling rack to be used to store clean dishes and to allow these dishes for air drying. This must be corrected as soon as possible (i.e. by April 12, 2018).
Follow up inspection will be conducted.
