Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food mixture was stored in a container labelled "TC-417 Adhesive Concentrate. For use only with thermacoustic TC 417 Fibre"
Corrective Action(s): Foods can only be stored in good grade containers. Non food grade containers make contain residue of the previous chemical and may contaminate foods. Product was discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle had no detectable chlorine concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be maintained between 100ppm to 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. To prepare bleach at 100ppm to 200ppm, add 1/2 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre of water.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handwash stations did not have liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Liquid hand soap was replaced at the handwash stations at the time of inspection.

Observation: Back upright cooler is currently broken - facility is waiting for a technician and cooler was not used for the storage of foods items at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooler is able to maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis prior to using for the storage of potentially hazardous foods.

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front upright cooler was at 4C.
-Back kitchen upright cooler was not in use at the time of inspection..
-Back under counter cooler was not functioning at the time of inspection - no foods stored in the cooler unit.
-Front chest freezer was not in use at the time of inspection.
-Back upright freezer was at -19C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection..
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until June 21, 2028.
