- Hot & cold running water is available
- Handsinks are stocked
- 100ppm chlorine detected in sanitizer bottle. The bottle was labelled as "washroom". Staff noted that they use a separate sanitizer bottle for washroom and they hadn't re-labelled the bottle. Ensure to re-label the sanitizer bottle to avoid confusion.
- Observed insecticides and isopropyl alcohol in spray bottle. Staff noted that these are applied on the floor & on countertops overnight.
**ENSURE TO SANITIZE ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES WITH SANITIZER AT THE BEGINNING OF DAY PRIOR TO HANDLING FOODS
- Temperatures of refrigerations units are adequate
- All refrigeration units are equipped with thermometers
- Foods are properly covered & stored off of floor
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
- High temp dishwasher reached 71C at plate's surface
** Ensure to that rinse temperature at the gauge reaches at least 82C before use
** Ensure to wash & sanitize all utensils through the dishwasher every 4 hours
