Routine inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
Bar coolers (x3) were at 4C or below.
Bar freezer was maintaining -18C.
Preparation cooler by the cookline had an ambient temperature of 4C (measured using probe thermometer over 15 minutes).
Standup double door cooler was holding food at 3C.
Chest freezer is not in use.

Sanitation:
Low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine residual after the final rinse cycle.
Hand washing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels. Waste bins are accessible.
200 ppm chlorine residual sanitizer is available in spray bottles in the kitchen and a labelled pail at the bar.
2-compartment sink is equipped with functional plugs.
Chemicals are stored safely.
