Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Flour scoop was stored inside the flour container - repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent handle from contaminating the ingredients. Post signage or other means to prevent staff from storing the scoop inside the container. Scoop was relocated at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 25, 2020.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe staff storing phones on food contact surfaces at the time of inspection. If staff are using cell phones, ensure they are not using phones in food preparations areas and staff maintain good hand hygiene practices.
-General cleaning of door seals has been carried out. New door seals have been ordered and will arrive next week.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure spray bottles are relabelled as needed to identify their contents.
-Operator present on-site and FODOSAFE Level 1 valid until July 06, 2025.
-Health Permit hand delivered to operator. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location. Review the Health Permit letter and notify the health department of any changes to the facility.
