Routine inspection conducted: Freezers at less than -18 degrees C. Prepackaged product is stored off the ground on pallets. Floors are routinely cleaned of debris. Processing and receiving areas at 4 degrees C or less Warm running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available for hand washing in processing areas. General sanitation satisfactory. No pest concerns noted. Temperatures are monitored and logged electronically. Premises is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
