Unlabelled spray bottled observed to contain cleaner solution. Some staff mistaken it for bleach sanitizer spray bottle. Corrective Action(s): Label all chemical spray bottle appropriately. Do not mix bleach sanitizer spray bottle and cleaner spray bottle solution. Violation Score: 3

Routine Inspection conducted today. Kitchen coolers, pantry cooler measured at 4C or lower. Kitchen freezer and pantry freezer measured at -18C or lower. Thermometers in place in all refrigeration and freezer units. Temperature logs in place. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73.9C final rinse temperature. Light covers in place in the pantry area. Bleach on-site. Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and measured at 200ppm. Temperature logs maintained. Pest Control Company contracted weekly. Recent report, August 10, 2022, noted no rodents trapped in tin can. NOTE: Two domestic fridges/freezer in the hallway are for residents use only. Premise operations does not use the 2 fridges/freezers in the hallway.
