-Follow-up inspection to March 26, 2024. -Water pressure has been fixed. Handwash stations and prep sink can be run at the same time without any issues. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
