Corrective Action(s): Time for this room to be re-organized and thoroughly cleaned to eliminate build up as noted above. Make sure to implement regular and scheduled cleaning in this room, which should include moving freezer units, boxes and stored equipment as indicated. Review at next scheduled inspection. Secondary food storage room no longer used for prepping food in any way. Sinks not used as discussed. Dishwasher at 73 C at plate. Cooling units below 4 C Freezers below -18 C handwash stations ok and stocked. Quats sanitizer spray bottles between 200 and 400 ppm - currently comes premixed from supplier. Test strips available for use. kitchen area looks clean and organized.
