Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back kitchen hand washing sink was not accessible for the following reasons:
1. Access was obstructed by plastic crates.
2. The drain was blocked.
3. Paper towel was not available.

Manager removed plastic crates, unblock the drain and replenish the paper towels at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No staff on duty had FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certificate. The manager with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certificate arrived during an inspection.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 71C at the plate level.
Coolers measured at 4C or less (potentially hazardous foods internal temperature measured at 4C).
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
Drop ceiling in the back kitchen appears to be free of dust at this time. On going cleaning of drop ceiling in place as per the facility's sanitation plan.
