Observation: Small blender used for peanuts are left uncleaned after use, lots of peanut and powder left in the blender.
Correction: Food equipment should be cleaned and sanitized after use.

Owner has cleaned the exhaust filters himself but there are still oil drippings inside that needs more scrubbing.
Small blender has been cleaned. Standup cooler has been cleaned.
Foods are covered.
Food was properly thawed at time of inspection.
Reminded operator to transfer wontons to food grade bags instead of using grocery bags only.
