304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Lots of field mouse feces is found throughout the premise, indicating an infestation. Mice will contaminate food contact surfaces.
Pest control boxes throughout the premise. Pest control contract in-effect; they come every 2 weeks.
**Correct by: immediately**
Corrective Action(s): Discussed action plan with the operator: Increase pest-control contract to weekly. Immediately sweep up any fallen grains and clean up feces. To clean up feces, create a high-concentration bleach solution (1 part bleach to 10 parts water) and spray on feces, then wipe up and throw into a garbage bag immediately. Do NOT sweep or vaccuum up feces. All surfaces will need to be re-sanitized first thing in the morning after opening.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation:
There are multiple areas throughout the premise where pests can harbour and enter:
- Holes in walls
- Gap in bay door. Look for areas where light is entering from outside
Operator tries to keep the door closed as much as possible, however, the mice are entering and finding ways to reproduce.

Corrective Action(s):
- Seal all gaps and holes in walls with 1/4" wire gauze
- Keep doors shut
- Clean up spilled grains. Monitor throughout the day.
- Close ALL food packaging securely
- Store everything 6" off the ground to allow for easier cleaning and less spots to hide

- Eliminate the mould
