Comments

- Sanitizer bottles have 200 ppm Quats
- Handsinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water
- All freezers -18 Degrees Celsius or lower
- All coolers 4 Degrees Celsius or lower
- No foods were being hot held at the time of the inspection. Warmers were being preheated.
- Meat slicers cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
- Dishwasher 83 Degrees Celsius at plate level after final rinse cycle.
- Temperature log's being maintained.
-Orkin pest control is on contract twice a week. The store is still dealing with mice issues. Continue to follow recommendations of the pest control company. Clean up any droppings using a bleach and water solution. Keep foods covered and/or in rodent proof containers.
-Ensure that all staff have valid Foodsafe level 1 certifcation. All certificates issued prior to 2013 have now expired and staff will need to get recertified. They can do a FS Refresher course at www.foodsafe.ca or retake FS level 1.
