Old rat droppings under dishwasher has been removed.
Soap is at handwash station in staff washroom..
No bucket of water on the kitchen floor observed for handwashing, only bleach sanitizer.
Soups were all covered.
No open cans of food found in the cooler.
Fried noodles were stored on top of disposable paper towel not advertisement flyers.
Garbage bags not being used to store food.
Walk-in cooler floor and basement floor has been properly cleaned.
Basement has been de-cluttered and cleared path for walkway.
