Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small domestic fridge in front measured 9 C. The milk and frothed milk cooler.
Corrective Action(s): To avoid major temperature control issues in this unit use ice bath for the milk frothers and store on counter. Ensure constant supply of ice in bath maintained. Keep thermomenter in this unit and monitor temperatures.
