Observation: Two ice machines (kitchen and bar area) observed with an accumulation of biofilms and stains on the interior.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing the machine. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in buckets. Test strips available for use.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71C at the plate level.
- Ice machine cleaned and sanitized at kitchen. The use of bar area ice machine discontinued.
- Blinds removed from the window. Window closed at the time.
- Appointment made with service technician to check the walk-in cooler.
