Bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
Pizza preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 1-3 degrees C.
2 door cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in cooler at 2-3 degrees C.
Domestic cooler in front area at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 degrees C.
Both small domestic cooler used to store beverages that do not require refrigeration.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Note: operator's certificate to expiry mid 2023.
