A fourth follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- New chest freezer was purchased and the temperature was -20C. Thermometer present in freezer.
- Correction order rescinded.
- Observed staff, who cook the hot foods, improperly washing hands again. Staff rinsed hands under cold water only, and was using the 2-compartment food preparation sink to do it. Retrain staff to wash hands correctly and frequently. If improper hand washing and food handling practices continue, staff will be required to obtain the FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
