Routine inspection conducted: -No operational changes since last routine inspection. -Facility re-finishing water from two separate sources. -Water treatment done by carbon/standard filtration --> UV treatment --> reverse osmosis --> ozonation. -Ozone in use for disinfection of bottles. -UV bulbs are replaced every 6 months and when indicated on the machine. -Water jugs stored in proper manner. All damaged bottles collected for recycling. -Washroom handsink satisfactory. -Facility monitors themselves but have not observed any droppings during winter months. No evidence at this time. -Regular water sampling done through Exova. Recent lab test result provided at this time for file. Total Coliforms / E. coli <1.0/100ml and Het. Count <2.0 on all testing. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility good. No concerns observed.
