- Routine inspection conducted.
- Staff onsite had valid FoodSafe level 1 certificates.
- All hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution in pails at 200 - 400 ppm. Solution changed frequently.
- All coolers measured 4C or colder.
- All freezers measured -18C or colder.
- No hot-holding.
- Temperature logs well-maintained. Refrigeration units equipped with accurate thermometers.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- All other sinks had hot and cold running water and were maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored off the floor, properly covered/protected from contamination, with good separation between raw and ready-to-eat items.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory.
- General sanitation is good.
- Pest control is in place. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
