Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #JGUU-C4FQPL Manager has contacted inspector via email stating parts have been replaced for the McCray cooler. McCray cooler sliding cover covering products at time of inspection unit holding temperature at 4.4°C at time of inspection Two thermometers available on the unit (near the back) both showing 4 degrees C.
