2. Food safety plan, sanitation plan (pl. email me a copy of the daily temp. logs and cleaning schedules.)
3. Eco-Lab is a chemical supplier of test strips are provided.
4. Orkin pest control and will providing services / 2 month
The following need your attention:
1. Janitorial facility, mop sink and walls need to be easy to clean, smooth, properly sealed, walls to be fixed damaged bottom area.
New shelving is installed and chemical storage organized.
2. All food contact surfaces, walls, floor need to be cleaned and sanitized.
3. Garbage area - walls need to be washable, repainted and protected.
4. Public washroom requires deep cleaning.
Construction has been completed as per approved floor plan.
Permit to operate has been issues. |
