Bleach sanitizer prepared and available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Exhaust canopy professionally serviced.

Drawer cooler under the grill still not in good working order. Internal food products stored in drawers ~ 8 degrees C. All items relocated to walk in cooler.
Preparation cooler (with 2 lids) lower section ambient air temperature ~ 5-6 degrees C. Inserts internal food product temperatures ~ 8 degrees C. All cold potentially hazardous foods relocated to the walk in cooler.
DO NOT use both these coolers until serviced and both are capable of maintaining foods at or below 4 degrees C.

Dry products still in containers with no tight fitting lids.
Food products still observed stored on the floor in the walk in cooler.
