-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Pizza prep cooler was at 3C (top and bottom). -Front cooler was at 3C. -Upright freezer unit was at -20C. -Chest freezer was at -18C -Cooked foods properly cooled and were at less than 4C. -No hot holding at the time of inspection. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach tested at 100ppm. -Handwash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer pail tested at 100ppm. -Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing. -Equipment was clean and well maintained. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from contamination. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Washroom clean and well maintained. -Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 16, 2024. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
