New owner: Siam Le Bien Thai Cuisine Incorporated. - Operator Thanyarat Bunyavejchewin has FOODSAFE - Facility is renovated as per approved plan - additional handwashing sink by cooking line, and a mop sink by dishwasher. - Walk-in cooler: 2.6 deg.C - Prep cooler: 2.2 deg.C - Beverage cooler: 3.7 deg.C - Thermometers available for monitoring - Chest freezer at front: -17.6 deg.C - Stand up freezer: -22 deg.C - Chest freezer in kitchen: -14 deg.C - Hot & cold running water available - Liquid handsoap + paper towel present at all handwashing stations. - General Sanitation is good - No signs of pests at time of visit. - Bleach sanitizer in buckets noted at 200ppm. *Ensure test strips are available for monitoring - Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 71 deg.C on plate, as per min-max thermometer.
