Issues are addressed, with exception of:
* mistake on the sanitize sink (it was in middle) third sink is to be the sanitize sink-
* Cleaning - hard to reach area (under counter, wall and under equipment) are missed. Clean take picture and send via email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later then Friday Feb 2/2018.
*Revised the menu and remove any item that required frying - ONLY WARMING UP SOUP and Sushi with raw products are permitted NO TEMPORA, NO CHICKEN OR BEEF TERIYAKI - Send a copy of revised menu no later then Monday Feb 5/2018 via email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca
