Cleaning done underneath equipment and deep fryer - *Ensure cleaning done is every day end of shift - especially deep fryer area.
Ceiling light is covered.

Outstanding items:
Chef stated rubber seals for coolers are scheduled to be re-installed next week.
Old chest freezer is getting replaced next week.
